Category 10, the exciting new venture inspired by Luke Combs’ blockbuster hit “Hurricane,” is making its way to the neon lights of Las Vegas. Slated to debut at the iconic Flamingo on The Strip at 3555 Las Vegas Boulevard South, this music venue promises to be a stellar addition to the thriving entertainment district. According to a recently published press release, construction is already underway on this three-story establishment, with plans for a grand opening in the fall of 2026.
Expressing his enthusiasm about this new location, Combs stated in the press release, “I am stoked about having a second Category 10 location in Las Vegas. 2026 was already going to be an awesome year, but this takes it to the next level. I can’t wait for Bootleggers to have their own place to party on The Strip.” This excitement echoes the spirit that Category 10 aims to encapsulate: a space where music, dining, and the vibrant culture of Las Vegas merge seamlessly.
Spanning approximately 34,000 square feet, the venue is designed to offer multiple experiences that reflect Combs’ musical style and passions. Starting from the first floor, visitors will be greeted by the Hurricane Hall—a dynamic dining area equipped with three bars, a central stage, and a dance floor for those eager to groove to live music. For a unique twist, the Beautiful Crazy Women’s lounge, located within the women’s restroom, will boast a chic champagne bar, cozy seating, makeup counters, and Hollywood-style vanity mirrors, combining luxury and fun.
Adventurers looking for a more curated experience can head to the second floor for “The Still,” a dedicated bourbon bar featuring an extensive selection hand-picked by Luke Combs himself. This intimate setting will cater to bourbon aficionados and casual drinkers alike, offering a perfect spot to unwind with a fine drink. The venue culminates on the third level with The Eye Rooftop, a breathtaking outdoor space showcasing a DJ booth, a dance floor, a bar, and stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip, providing an unbeatable backdrop for unforgettable nights.
Dan Walsh, SVP and General Manager of the Flamingo, expressed his enthusiasm for the project: “The addition of Category 10 continues to build on the momentum of a tremendous year transforming Flamingo Las Vegas. With exciting new experiences like the Go Pool, Pinky’s by Vanderpump, Gordon Ramsay Burger, and Havana 1957, we’ve brought a whole new level of energy to our iconic resort. Category 10 elevates that energy even further, bringing one of the biggest names in music to the Flamingo and offering live performances with great food and cocktails at the best location on The Strip.” This aligns perfectly with the Flamingo’s vision of being a leading entertainment destination.
Owned and operated by the Opry Entertainment Group, a division of Ryman Hospitality Properties, Category 10 had its initial success when it opened in Nashville in 2024. The Nashville location quickly gained popularity for its vibrant atmosphere, live music, and diverse menu, which features items like Luke’s Waff-Chos, fried pickle chips, steak frites, and charred corn caesar salad. Lucky for Las Vegas, a similar menu is anticipated at the new location, offering an array of delicious options for guests to enjoy before or after a show.
While an official grand opening date is yet to be announced, the anticipation surrounding Category 10’s arrival at The Flamingo continues to build. Set to launch in the fall of 2026, music lovers and food enthusiasts alike are eagerly awaiting the opportunity to experience this honky-tonk haven in the heart of Las Vegas.
