US fast-casual restaurant chain Hawaiian Bros has opened its first restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The grand opening was celebrated on September 26, located at 6071 W Craig Rd. This new location marks a significant milestone for Hawaiian Bros, known for its unique offerings inspired by the vibrant culinary culture of Hawaii.
A partnership with Rock Hawaiian franchise has made this introduction possible. Rock Hawaiian’s CEO, Chris Aslam, expressed enthusiasm for this expansion, stating, “We are thrilled to introduce our first Hawaiian Bros location in Nevada and continue building the brand. This expansion will give even more guests the opportunity to experience Hawaiian flavors.”
The opening festivities included a traditional Hawaiian blessing ceremony conducted by Kamu Vincent, underscoring the cultural significance and community ties that Hawaiian Bros aims to foster in its new market. “It’s an honor to receive a blessing from Kamu Vincent,” said Hawaiian Bros CEO Scott Ford. He further emphasized the importance of laying a positive foundation at the Las Vegas location and expressed excitement about contributing to local initiatives, including a $33,000 donation to Keiki Hula.
On the first day of operations, the restaurant offered enticing perks to the first 100 customers, including complimentary t-shirts and meal vouchers. Additionally, lucky patrons had the chance to win Hawaiian Bros meals for an entire year, along with $100 gift cards. Such promotional activities not only engaged the local community but also showcased the brand’s commitment to customer appreciation.
At the heart of Hawaiian Bros’ menu are island-inspired plate lunches, featuring delectable options of chicken or pork, glazed in a variety of sweet, savory, or spicy sauces. Each dish is accompanied by traditional sides, including macaroni salad and steamed white rice or vegetables, and guests can indulge in a refreshing Dole Soft Serve dessert to conclude their meal. A standout feature of Hawaiian Bros restaurants is their operational model, which eliminates freezers, fryers, and microwaves, promising fresh and wholesome dining experiences.
Over the years, Hawaiian Bros has rapidly expanded, now managing over 60 restaurants across nine US states. With this new Las Vegas location, the brand is poised to continue its growth trajectory, having expanded its franchising efforts since 2023. Just prior to the opening in Las Vegas, Hawaiian Bros launched a location in Omaha, Nebraska, demonstrating its robust approach to reaching new markets.
In the pursuit of innovation, Hawaiian Bros has also formed strategic partnerships to enhance its service offerings. Notably, in April 2025, the company announced a collaboration with the enterprise restaurant platform, Lunchbox, aimed at improving their catering services. This partnership is expected to provide a scalable technology solution that upholds brand consistency and drives profitability, illustrating Hawaiian Bros’ commitment to staying ahead in a competitive marketplace.
