Blaze Erupts at Lisa Vanderpump’s Upcoming Las Vegas Hotel

A fire broke out on Friday, July 4, at Lisa Vanderpump’s soon-to-be hotel in Las Vegas, according to Page Six. The blaze began in the parking lot of The Cromwell, which is set to be rebranded as The Vanderpump Hotel.

Social media was quickly abuzz with activity as videos surfaced showing plumes of smoke enveloping the building. The sounds of sirens pierced the air, drawing crowds of onlookers who watched as firefighters managed the situation.

According to a statement from a Caesars Entertainment representative, the fire was swiftly extinguished and did not impact the main property, reported PEOPLE. “Early this morning, a fire broke out inside the parking garage at The Cromwell. It was quickly extinguished, and there were no reported injuries,” they confirmed.

As a precaution, some guest rooms were temporarily evacuated, ensuring the safety and comfort of visitors during the brief incident.

The Hotel Is Set to Open in 2026

The Vanderpump Hotel is slated to open in early 2026. This exciting project was officially announced on March 12 in a press release, where Vanderpump herself expressed her enthusiasm. “I am thrilled to once again be partnering with Caesars Entertainment, this time to venture into the hotel business,” she stated. “What an extraordinary opportunity to develop this iconic location into something unique, playful, and upscale.”

Vanderpump further elaborated on her vision for the hotel, indicating that hospitality has always been a passion of hers. “Our mission is to create something sumptuous with a unique atmosphere. Through my design company, Vanderpump Alain, with my partner Nick Alain, we can’t wait to breathe new life into this property and make it something truly magical.”

The hotel promises to embody Vanderpump’s signature glamour, with detailed designs and luxurious furnishing expected throughout the property. “The Cromwell Las Vegas will be transformed with opulent furnishings, bespoke lighting, and a captivating new lounge,” the hotel’s website elaborated, indicating that every aspect from guest rooms to the revitalized casino floor will exude elegance.
